-After the procedure we advise that you stay upright two to four hours after to get the best possible results. As tempting as a nap after Botox® sounds, grab lunch with friends or go shopping!

  1. Minimal Physical Activity

-Do not perform any strenuous aerobic activities that will induce excessive sweating such as biking, running or swimming. We recommend you refrain from those activities 24 hours after your appointment. You can perform light activities four-six hours after your appointment. Brisk walking, light yoga sessions or any other sort of minimal physical activity.

  1. No Alcoholic Beverages

- To avoid negative outcomes during and after the procedure, do not drink alcohol a few days leading up to your scheduled appointment and 24 hours after. This will ensure no to very minimal bruising.

  1. Avoid Heat Exposure

-To get the best possible course of treatment from your Botox® you should avoid direct sunlight, sunbathing and heat lamp procedures.

  1. No Touching Of The Face
